Who Can Apply

  • Parents or guardians of children under 18 living in the Netherlands
  • Dutch, EU/EEA citizens, or holders of valid residence permit
  • Child must be registered at your address
  • Also available for children living abroad in certain situations

    Child living with you or you provide for their care

Register with municipality within 3 days of birth
