Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services of Glodinas Finance B.V., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Glodinas Finance provides bookkeeping, tax preparation, financial advisory, and related services to freelancers and businesses in the Netherlands. Our services are subject to applicable Dutch laws and regulations.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to our requests for information in a timely manner
• Pay for services according to the agreed terms
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials

Fees for our services are as specified in your service agreement. Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information. Your financial data and personal information are protected and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

While we strive for accuracy in all our services, Glodinas Finance's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for consequential damages arising from reliance on our services.

Our services are provided in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and Dutch tax regulations. We maintain professional indemnity insurance and adhere to professional standards.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become due, and we will provide reasonable assistance in transferring your records.

All content on our website and in our portal, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Glodinas Finance B.V. and is protected by copyright laws.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of The Hague, Netherlands.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
